Easter Party Invitation

Another year, another PARTY! I'm not sure who's more excited, my daughter or me. =) This year it's not just going to be my daughter's Party but hers and her little cousin's.

I'm going to be making the Invitations, Piñata, Goody bags, etc. I just finished up the invitations and I want to share the steps with you all. I hope this is useful for at least one person, if not this year maybe next.

How To Make An Easter Party Invitation

Materials:
  • 12" x 12" Green card stock (makes 4)
  • 8.5" x 11" Plain white paper (makes 2)
  • Glue

- Wording. Do the wording for the invitation on a photo editing software.

You can use this template.

- Print the wording on the plain white paper. Cut the wording making sure the lines aren't visible.

- Cut the green card stock into 5½" x 5½" squares. You should get 4 from the 12" x 12" card stock. Once you have your square, make a fold at about 1 ¼" from one short end. Trim the flap to resemble grass.

- Glue or Tape the wording paper to your green card stock.

- Decorate the invitation with little "hidden" eggs. You can design, print & cut the eggs. Once you have your eggs cut, glue them on the white paper. Place them depending on the trimmed "grass".

- Glue the flap to the white paper and you're done.
